Summary: Lots to enjoy about this place both at the house and in the area, plus good access to Central Austin, Downtown. Highlights of the house - 5 separate bedrooms, a fusbol table, cornhole in the backyard. We enjoyed the nearby dine in movie theatre, lakeside restaurant, good BBQ. It's a short walk to the neighborhood park and greenbelt hike, the neighborhood pool. A second community pool with splash pad is 10 minutes from the house. I will be returning.

Summary: Our family of 7 had a great stay in Austin. Kathryn, our host, was responsive and the layout of the house lent itself to our multi-generational family. We found many fun and interesting things to do in the area as well as spending time in the house enjoying each other's companies. Thank you!

Summary: This house was the perfect location for us. It's in a nice neighborhood, it was clean and everything worked. There was room for all of us. The property manager responded promptly to my questions and requests. The listing was pretty accurate, but I am not sure I would call the second bedroom with a king bed a 2nd master. If we have another family gathering in Austin I'd stay here again.

Summary: We were a party of seven and we enjoyed our stay here. It’s very well located and neighborhood was quiet. The only two bits could be better is to provide more towels and the check out process ask us to do some dish cleaning and putting them away. That I think it’s kind of the point of paying a cleaning fee

Summary: The host was always available by phone and she was happy to answer questions. The size of the house gave the 10 of us plenty of room to spread out. All five bedrooms are up a lofty flight of stairs. It is nice that the washer and dryer are upstairs. It was a good place to stay for a family.

Summary: Location of the property was excellent for our stay, neighborhood was nice and quiet. House was spacious and gave us room to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of dishes and silverware for our whole group. There were plenty of supplies for our stay, even a log for the firepit. Katherine, our host, was very responsive to our needs and questions before, during, and after our stay.
